Fu Sing dishes are really tasty. The char siu is a must - super tender and well-marinated. Crispy tofu is nice too. Their pig lung soup is a specialty, but the salted egg prawns were too big. Get to know the helpful captain and he'll recommend the best dishes. If you have a group, a private room provides a more peaceful atmosphere.

We went for a Sichuan hot pot dinner on a Sunday night. You need to book in advance; the place isn't that big and fills up. Yin-yang pot allows the spice intolerant to partake as well. US beef was well-marbled and quite thick, a good mouthful. Lots of yummy sauce condiments to choose from (but costs $60/head!).
