近日有報導指一家酒店的奶黃月餅於一日內迅速沽清,連預訂亦告超額。連其他售賣奶黃月餅的店舖生意都上升。奶黃月餅的興起其實已有好一陣子,但一天內沽清還真是罕見。推出奶黃月餅的大多是集團式的餅店或是酒店中菜食府,兩者除了著重月餅的素質外,連包裝亦見心思,難怪成為送禮式自用的節日搶手貨。

菇菌盛宴

「菇菌」成為近年最盛行的飲食潮流,中國的粵菜一向對菇菌的運用甚少,但其營養價值已逐漸獲得肯定,經營雲南菇菌生意的黃詩敏(Winnie),於2003年創立了自家品牌「菁雲」,在上環開設售賣野生菇菌的專門店。每年6月中至9月為雲南菇菌的豐收期,其中以7月中至8月中的各式菇菌的品質最佳。
